If you are not familiar with underground space, it is mined out of a limestone rock ledge. This unique environment provides a constant temperature of 68 degrees and it is considered a very stable environment not only for temperature but also for humidity control. The underground facility provides low utility costs which translate into operating savings which your company can allocate towards your corporate growth.

Midwest leases or operates over a million sq. ft. of space which provides our customers with the flexibility to grow. The availability of additional space frees customers from being locked into a small space with no options. Midwest offers a variety of spaces from large to small.
